Work Product: Deliverables created by Adstime as part of the Services.
3. Services
We reserve the right to modify Service descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
Services are subject to separate written agreements outlining scope, timelines, and fees.
Adstime may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver Services.
4. User Obligations
Provide accurate, complete, and updated information for service execution.
Warrant ownership or legal rights to Client Content provided.
Do not use the Website for unlawful activities, spam, or unauthorized access.
Users must be at least 18 years old.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are specified in service agreements or invoices. Payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other approved means.
Late payments may incur interest (1.5% per month) or suspension of Services.

Upon full payment, Work Product ownership transfers to the Client, excluding pre-existing Adstime materials.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate Services with written notice.
Upon termination, the Client must pay for Services rendered, and access to Work Product may be suspended.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings or social media engagement).
Liability is limited to fees paid by the Client in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify Adstime against claims arising from their breach of these T&Cs, misuse of Services, or violation of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in New Delhi.
11. Miscellaneous
Amendments: We may update these T&Cs; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Force Majeure: Not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
