No Refunds After Service Commencement: Once work on your project begins (e.g., strategy development, content creation, or campaign setup), no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service within 24 hours of payment and before work commences, a full refund may be granted upon request.

Non-Delivery of Service: If Adstime fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical or operational reasons, a prorated refund will be issued based on the undelivered portion.
3. Service-Specific Refund Terms
a. SEO/SEM/SMM Services

Setup Fees: Non-refundable once strategy or campaign setup begins.

Monthly Retainers: No refunds for partial months. If services are canceled mid-month, fees for the remaining days will not be refunded.

Draft Approval: Once content drafts are approved, no refunds will be issued for revisions or final deliverables.

Rejection of Work: If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, we will revise them at no extra cost. Refunds are only considered if revisions repeatedly fail to meet requirements.

Concept Approval: After a branding concept or design is approved, refunds are not permitted.
